The IEEE Haptics Symposium 2026 will be held at the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa in Reno, NV, USA.

For greatest convenience, and to secure all the meeting rooms needed for the conference, it is essential that all attendees book their hotel rooms at the conference hotel. We have secured a competitive rate of $229 per night, with complimentary Internet access, and the hotel rooms are lovely. Book your hotel room now! Parking

Overnight Valet parking and self-parking are offered on a first available basis; spaces onsite are not guaranteed. Parking is $25.00 for overnight valet and $20.00 for overnight self-parking per vehicle, per day. Hotel will offer discounted self-parking at $17.00 & valet parking at $20.00 per vehicle, per night for the above room night(s). Day use-only parking is complimentary.
